Whether it’s household items,  crafts, or second-hand treasures, this is a great opportunity to sell and connect with the local community.

How It Works:

  • $10 per car – One space per vehicle (no trailers unless pre-approved – see booking form).
  • First come, first served – No pre-booking required, but registering in advance helps us plan.
  • Setup from 8:00 AM – All cars must be in place by 8:45 AM.
  • Trading from 9 AM – 4 PM – Pack down from 3:30 PM.

Terms & Conditions – Fawcett Hall Car Boot Sale Event Date: Sunday, 20 April 2025 Location: Fawcett Hall, 655 Spring Creek Road, Fawcett Time: 9 AM – 4 PM Stallholder Fees & Registration $10 per car – payable on arrival. No pre-booking required apart from this form. Spaces are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and type of space required. Setup & Pack Down Stallholders may arrive from 8:00 AM for setup. All vehicles must be in place by 8:45 AM. Pack down can begin from 2 – 3 PM. Parking & Stall Allocation Each stallholder will be allocated a single car space or a double if you nominate a trailer. Vehicles must remain within designated selling area of the front carpark. No oversized vehicles unless pre-approved. What Can Be Sold Second-hand goods, crafts, and household items are welcome. No food or drink sales. Prohibited items: no unsafe items. Stallholder Responsibilities Stallholders must bring their tables, chairs, or display equipment. Weather & Cancellation The event is outdoors and will proceed rain or shine. In the case of extreme weather, the event may be cancelled at the discretion of the organisers. Conduct The hall and reserve are on crown land – so be respectful to the venue/ facilities and its volunteers. All participants must behave respectfully toward others.
