COUNCIL REGISTERED COMMERCIAL KITCHEN only – 24 HOUR PERIOD $150 ( + $150.00 REFUNDABLE BOND

Cancellation of Bookings Policy

30 Days prior to booking date – 100% Refund plus Bond
14 Days prior to booking date – 50% Refund plus Bond
7 Days or less to booking date – 25% Refund plus Bond

PUBLIC LIABILITY Fawcett Hall holds Public Liability Insurance but this does not include insuring any belongings and/or equipment brought into the Hall by a hirer or any damage or injury caused by said items. The Committee is also not responsible for any loss and/or damage to personal items or equipment brought into the hall. If Hirers are bringing items of value into the hall it is their responsibility to take out any insurance required. SMOKING In Accordance with the Smoke Free Environment Act 2000 smoking is not permitted inside the Hall or within the grounds. REFUND OF BOND Bonds will be refunded upon inspection by a Committee Member confirming the Hall has been cleaned up satisfactorily after hire and that no damage has occurred. Ensure Keys are returned to code box . LEAVING THE HALL AS YOU FOUND IT We appreciate your care and attention to our hall in returning all equipment to where you found it and the kitchen clean and tidy. Tables to be wiped down All garbage to be placed in bins provided. Please ensure all windows are closed, lights are off and doors are locked upon leaving. If there have been any accidental breakages, please let us know. ACCEPTANCE OF CONDITIONS EXCLUSIONS Under no circumstances will animals of any kind, vehicles, motor bikes or any other type of motorised equipment be permitted inside the hall or on the deck.

Upon payment of any monies for hire, it is deemed that the hirer has accepted all conditions of hire as stated. Any disputes will be referred to the next full committee meeting, and their decision will be final. I herby sign as acceptance of hiring Fawcett Hall.
